Returns

Within 14 days of delivery of your shipment, returns of products may be made in their original condition (ie. unused, tags still on the product, no marks or other damage, all parts included, etc.) for a full refund. Please include a copy of your invoice or a note indicating the invoice number and your name. Unless TravelSmarts has made an error in order processing or shipping, return shipping fees are your responsibility. As we will be closed temporarily from late April to late May, please email us for our shipping address.  Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days after receipt of your return, which will be in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. Depending on your bank, refunds are processed in 10-14 business days.

Exchanges
