For Samsonite luggage, please add an extra 3-5 business days to the shipping times listed below. Tracking information is provided by them to us 3-4 business days after your order is placed, and we will forward you the tracking information as soon as we receive it.
For Briggs & Riley products, please add an extra 5-6 business days to the shipping time estimates listed below. Tracking information is provided by them to us 5-6 business days after your order is placed, and we will forward you the tracking information as soon as we receive it. Please note that if you are ordering Briggs & Riley, their shipper is not able to deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
If your order includes Samsonite or Briggs & Riley, as well as products from other brands we carry, your order will be sent in two separate shipments: one shipment from the Samsonite or Briggs & Riley's warehouse, and the other shipment from our warehouse.
